Must you be so rude?

They call me constantly. They call me to tell me I need a refill. They call me to tell me they are processing order. They call me to tell me it was mailed. They drive me crazy. I did answer once and was on the phone forever going over every prescription I ever had. Another waste of time. I want to tell them to stop but if I answer I'll never get off with them.

Interesting that ever since I starting getting prescriptions thru Medco/Express RX, I'm getting similar out-of-state calls like some of you guys have. I've never had any problems with orders, so I have no idea what their need is to make incessant phone calls if it is truly them. I think Medco is full of it because all these odd calls started at the same time I began using Medco. I call total BS on their claim to not give out/sell customer info. So why do 95% of the posts I've seen on this site and a few others all point to Medco... Medco claims its not them... So how is it NOT possible Medco is not giving out our personal info to a third party for telemarketing?!?! Such BS!!

My husband keeps getting calls from this number. He didn't get a message and did not answer. He is constantly getting calls from this area code with no response.

They have called me several times now and leave messages to return a call to 1-877-890-1474(the first call) and 1-800-551-7675(the second call). However, the number shows up on caller ID as 1-201-891-1029. Since I haven't ordered any prescriptions through the mail, I was pretty sure it was a scam. A lot of people have Medco, so I guess they hit upon a person who gives them the info they want sooner or later.

Got a phone call from this number and the guy sounded like he was from India. He asked me to verify my dob, which I refused, then hung up. I've contacted Medco by three different means, hoping they will get back to me and tell me whether or not this is legit. Sounds like, from these comments, that this is someone just trying to get access to folks info. fraudulently. With so many people reporting the same number, why isn't something being done?

As of 12/30/11 This IS Medco from New Jersey... I called them... The representative I got was not very friendly, so yes they could work on that, but ultimately my situation was resolved.

Please stop this call from coming to me.

I received a call this afternoon on my cell from 201-891-1029. No message was left. I'm eligible to receive prescriptions from Medco/Express Scripts and have done so in the past, but not in the last 2-3 years. I'm thinking that if more calls arrive from this number, the maliciousness of their effort may be revealed. Since this problem seems to have started in 2009 and is continuing thru present day, it might actually be legit in an incompetent sort of way, which would explain why it hasn't yet been eliminated.
