I rec'd a call from this guy who said he was from Medco. He started asking me my address, and I said if you are from Medco, then you know my address. And besides, Medco has made several statements on their website that they WILL NOT contact you by phone unless you email them or call them and ask them to. They will never do it on their own.

December 8, 20149:10 AMReceived call from 201-891-1029. Caller ID said Unknown Name.Didn’t answer. A woman left VM msg. Didn’t leave her name. I recorded it on my camera. She sounded very professional, but she spoke very quickly and was difficult to understand. Had to rewind several times to hear what she said. I put ? where I still couldn’t make it out.“Hi, this message is for (name) from Express Scripts. We’re the company that manages your prescription benefits for the ? exchange of Colorado. We’re trying to contact you to ? the information regarding a recent prescription and will continue to try to contact you over the next several days. If it’s more convenient for YOU, we can be reached from 9AM to 7PM ET Mon thru Fri and Saturdays from 10AM to 4PM ET by calling 1-866-544-6987. Thank you.”I am very suspect since the Caller ID said Unknown Name and she didn’t state her name. I also googled and other sites said it was Medco. The 866 number was also reported as both Medco and Express Scripts on different sites. Someone on Twitter said they were Phishing. Most likely.

I get Scripts from Medco and I KNOW they do not call you UNLESS you have given them permission to. I just posted a message a few seconds ago after receiving this call. I also wrote to Medco. This is NOT Medco calling.

The number 201-891-1029 is Express Scripts. Call the number yourself if you do not believe it. The recording that comes on says "Welcome to Express Scripts.....) They work with various insurance companies IE Cigna.

This is not Medco calling. I deal with Medco through email, and ONLY email JUST for this reason. This caller called me TODAY and said he was with Medco, and asked my address to verify "me". Well, DUH, if Medco called ME, then they would have MY info. So they don't call unless you give them permission to call. Me, I feel safer dealing with Medco online. That way I KNOW who I am dealing with! I DO NOT give out any personal info over the phone to ANYONE that I do not know. They will have to PROVE it to ME, before I give any info out.

Gee, guys! I went to Switchboard.com and entered the number 201-891-1029 and it belongs to a person named Patricia Surdoval. There is even an address. Who she is, I have no idea, but anyone can do a trace or background check on her. She/he should be turned into the police I think for harassing phone calls. I am so tired of these calls. I wish there a way to put a stop to them!

This number calls all time of night and day.
