I just received a call from this number from Medco. I did confirm my information with the woman on the phone, and I also called the Medco # on the back of my card. It was confirmed that it was a caller from Medco. NOT SPAM! They were calling me to remind me to refill my prescription

Constantly getting calls to my cell phone from this number. Constantly meaning everyday, weekends included. I have read the previous comments. I am NOT a Medco member. I have no idea why they keep calling my number. Very annoying.

Glad you all posted. I have been receiving this cal too. I will report it. I did answer it because I have so much going on with a family member and his nursing home, ssd, medicaid, and bills, i thought it was maybe for him.Lesson-don't pick up if you don't recognize! I answered and now I am paranoid a bill on my phone or worse might happen. Who knows?

Got call. Left no message. Probably is Medco. I did try to get some of my medications switched to them a few months back...but gave up because they gave me all this crap about getting my Dr. approval...which they already have..because my prescription recorded through my insurance at another pharmacist. When you are sick..you don't want to deal with this crap. I will stick with my LOCAL "mom and pop" pharmacy...thank you very much. It's worth the extra $10 a month. I'd rather the money go into my neighborhood economy than a big multi national chain. They fill out my prescription in while I'm standing there. They have the best late hours. The most I've seen people waiting in line is about 2 in front of me. ..they know me..and are brilliant at questioning my doctor's prescriptions.. AND yes ...doctor's can make errors...but a personal pharmacists that knows you and your neighbors is the greatest thing. I used to go to a chain pharmacy Duane Reade or other local..the service sucks!

MEDCO has a monopoly on the RX Business and is NOT very customer friendly. They mess around with mailing important prescriptions to their clients and are late almost every time in delivering those meds. Some of these Meds can mean the difference between life and death to many people. They play games with the timing of when you mail them in. If you are not to the day in mailing them they send them back only to have you turn around and mail them back the same day you receive it back from them. That is absolutely ridiculous. They can't hold that RX for 3 days??? They delay all the time and we are forced to use them due to the cost of the meds and the fact that our insurance company says we HAVE to use them. What a scam!And yes, this is the MEDCO number. I just received a call from them today. The RX I mailed to them is expensive and they need my permission to use the card I have on file with them. That, in and of itself, is yet another example of how they delay for whatever reason they can possibly find. The card on file already has my permission so why a phone call to verify that same permission when I gave them permission just two weeks ago for a couple of other medications that were due to be mailed to me. Very frustrating company to do business with and if I had it my way; I would most certainly be using a different company.

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare. Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
