Same message left on my phone for my husband. How they got my information, i dont know. Its clearly a scam and i refuse to call them back and waste any of my time on them. I really wish the FBI or whoever would catch them. If they start calling my husbands job i dont know what ill do. Such illegal harrassment.

I received multiple calls as well. I called back, from the law firm where I am employed, and was instantly hung up on. The second time, disclosing no information, I asked the company name; They replied "Litigation." I responded, informing them litigation was not a name but a type of law practiced and inquired as to the name of the firm. They repeated "Litigation." They did however give me a link to a very uninformative website.If anyone finds out their address I would love to serve "Litigation" with a cease and desist order.

I received several calls from that number...so I got an attitude and told them that I wanted them to f*#k off....he said he would be here in 2 hours....I said "Bring it!"...my pit and my rottie would eat him alive...and my cute little pink Glock would blow his brains out! Scammers are so stupid!!

You do understand what a restraining order is and what it is for, don't you? Your caller has no idea of how the legal system works in the US. This scam is usually from some idiot from out of the country.

I called back 202-417-2021 and first time no answer, then second time this lady answered and i asked what did she wanted since they called me she said that i was calling that i should tell her and i said stop calling me and hang up the phone. SCAM!!!!

SECOND ATTEMPT in about 6 month under a DIFFERENT NAME but....same person. 202-417-2021. I.R.S. Litigation representing Capital 1 loan--NEVER HAD A LOAN FROM CAPITAL ONE SCAM SCAM SCAM.THIS NEEDS TO STOP!

Got a call from this number at my employment. This is not the first time this has happened. These people will wait a few weeks, call back but with a live person who has a foreign accent but an American name saying they are going to have you arrested. Best advice, do not call back the number. If it is legite you would have received documentation in the mail first.

just got the same message. did not identify themselves other than the fact I must call back by the end of the day. not returning the call!
