I have been recieving calls with no one there from this number to my cell:202-455-8888.This has been happening for abt. 4 weeks.
I have 2 step verification, but I never requested voice call. I was outside and away from my phone for over 3 hours when I heard it ringing. I wrote the code down, but I havent a clue what to do with it! If it IS Google, what was the point? Unless someone tried logging into my account- but I don't have any "security breaches"
I also got a call from this number around 11:00 eve. but did not leave a message! Annoying!
Same here. I did not try to verify my Google account. I wrote down the verification code and screenshot of call date and time. It was out of the blue. I'd sure hope Google would contact me if another IP address was attempting to hack my account. They can see that right away.

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
