The reason Sturner and Klein keeps "slipping through" the Do Not Call list is because they are representing a magazine that you have at some point subscribed to. That is an exception to the Do Not Call list. Threatening the person that is calling you with a lawsuit or filing a complaint won't help. If you don't want them to call simply answer the phone and asked to be removed from THEIR list.
When I answered, no one was there. I am on the DO NOT CALL list. I have recently let four magazine subscriptions expire because of the economy.

Got a call from 2083271751; did not get to it in time. They hung up. no message. 7:30 pm pacific.
i have been getting calls from this number for a few days(since the 16) now and it seems the other posts are from 2007 so why is it still doing this? i have never got them before and when the answering machine picks up noone leaves a message and i have not answered but tried calling it back and it says it is just nobel or novel one that i have a subscription to and i have never signed up for anything like that so whats the deal? i dont know whats going on and im tired of getting calls at 9 pm or later for it.

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
