Left me a voicemail stating it was Officer Nicki Johnson from the Hotline Division with the Internal Revenue Service and that I was not to ignore this urgent call. It's a scam.
Yep, just got the call from the IRS to take immediate action before I'm in trouble. These scams are cruel.
I got a call form this damn number and almost crapped my pants. It came off as "official", but when i called the number i wasnt convinced it was legit and being so close to tax time i got more suspicious. Everything everyone's stated to this number, name and message was spot on. Thanks for clarifying everyone!
Just got the same call...we knew it was a,scam called them back to have a little fun with them but the line is busy...lol pathetic... The IRS does not work this way...hope no one falls for it
