Why do people get angry when they get a call from an unknown number? Isn't is just as practical to just not answer the phone when you don't recognize the number?

I got a call from 210-587-2213 today, same thing, a hangup when you answer the phone. tried calling it back, puts you into a automated answering system and if you hit 0, you can't leave a message because the mailbox is full.I called back again and hit *8, which apparently is their in house mailbox, then hit 18 as an extension.I got to talk to a real person and requested removal of my phone number from their database.I have gotten a call from this same company a few weeks ago using a different incoming number, and also requested removal of my number from their database.At least you can call them back, and reach a real person for all of the good it will probably do.Maybe everyone out there should try calling them back, maybe you can annoy them as much as they annoy you, GOOD LUCK!!
2 calls within 2 hours, blank air then heard a click. nice. what would possibly be the purpose of these calls? and multiple times? seems like some automated system has gone haywire. filed a complaint with the FCC.

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call
