Just got a call from this number at my Thanksgiving dinner! I was expecting a call from a 212 number so I answered and a man with a really heavy accent who said his name is Kevin told me my Windows computer is broken. I knew it was a scam because I have no Windows computer so I decided to just have fun with it. Let him talk for about ten minutes, he kept giving me directions and and I kept saying "Its not working!" Then my boyfriend got annoyed, got on the phone, told the guy to go away and leave people alone on Thanksgiving, and hung up. If this has been going on since 2007 why the hell has nothing been done about it?!

wouldn't tell me what they wanted. The call was for my mother-in-law, Naomi Lewis.

called today caller id said food band nyc I[m a long way from nyc so didn't answer the call

When I answer the phone and say "Good (morning/afternoon), Law Office" they always hang up.

This number called me saying my computer is not updating my microsoft updates... I hung up.212-777-3456

ive been getting calls from this number everyday for the past 2wks. i havent answered it yet bc i dnt answer calls from unknown #s. but i think if they call 2day i just might. and as far as reporting these scammers/hackers. we shud print out these pages of complaints for these #s and start voicing our opinions to our legislatures n MAKE them do something for us for a change! if we bug them as much as these ppl bug us they just might realize there is a problem that needs attention.

Update: they just called me again. This guy said his name was Greg - same heavy Indian or Pakistani accent. I asked where he got my number from and he said the Microsoft server. I told him I don't use Microsoft so that's impossible and please take my number off his list. He said something unintelligible and I asked again to get my number taken off the list. He repeated that he's calling from Microsoft and I told him "No you're not this number called me yesterday and I already reported you now plesse remove my number from your list." He hung up on me then. Going to report the call again.

Called me, too! The guy told me he loved me and was coming by my house tonight. He then told me my address. When i asked him where he got my number from, he said the internet then hung up. Turned out he was my sister's long-lost boyfriend who lives in Hawaii. He's a part of our family now.
