it looks like they are using other names - systemrecure and logmein123 .comIt appears they are doing cold calling as well as more invasive trojan trapping techniques. I wonder what they put on the computers of those that fall for the scam? Scary!!!

they have been calling my house nonstop last night it got so bad that i hade to disconnect my phone. I called verizon and i think they are going to have to change my phone number. They told me that i owe them money and they will not stop calling untill the get it. Then they told me that they were going to sue me. Somebody help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh of course they are not "fraudstar", but you would say that, considering that supportonclick pays your wages!

I fell for it to but i did not pay any thing. I did not know that you had to pay. And now they are calling me every 5 mins They want there money. I am not payng them they are a scam and now i am scared i have a 4 year old and they wont leave me alone

Just to let you know that this scam is still active as I received my first call this morning and it had all the hallmarks indicated in previous posts (Indian, barely intelligible, Windows service centre, error reports, etc). When I asked for email confirmation of who he was and what he intended to do to my machine with full details of why he was providing this service, then the conversation ended fairly quickly. Beware!!

I got a phone call yesterday from an indian guy as well and this is definately a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!they jacked into my computer and were stealing all my information... I had a problem the day before and spoke with a legal company and I thought they were calling back as to a courteous call but it was support on click they took me for a ride and now I have to pay 170.00 to fix the trojan higjack from my computer I have changed all my passwords and closed alll my bank accts What a mess and have stop payment to them. BE WARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a call as well on my land line. First he said his name was Ivan then he called back and said it was Rick. Same Indian guy! Claimed that my ISP address sent them a signal, but couldn't say from whom and how he got my number. I refused to give him information and he could not answer my questions regarding where he got my humber except to say from "them." I will be reporting this!I asked who he was and could only get Support on Click and Research and Development. I was also given the numbers 347-289-3770 & 646-884-9561

I've started to get repeatedly called by these guys calling themselves the windows service centre. Bad line and Indian accent as others have mentioned. I would never let an unsolicited caller access to my computer, but they are very persistent even though I told them I don't run windows and told them they were running a scam!

I unfortunately fell for this as i had trouble with my computer, so when i recieved a call saying they were from microsoft i believed it and ended up giving them £275 he said his name was Shane in an indian accent what i couldn't understand . When i realised it was a scam i asked for my money back but to no avail and told my bank to stop the payment but they said they couldn't and as its a debit card and not a credit card i feel such an idiot for giving my bank details.The police also didn't seem interested though they said they have heard about it.Why are they allowed to getaway with its like being mugged.@ i'm the biggest mug

Got phone call from Windows service centre (indian fella). Informed me I was a legitimate windows users and that they were receiving error messages and there is a fault with my computer. He asked me to press windows flag button and R=Romeo. At this stage I asked for his number and checked windows service centre on google and found this site, thanks.He called me back (Jack) never heard of a indian named jack before.. and I told him to that dell and presto will rectify problem and try my mate Daniels LOL
