Had a call from what was supposed to be windows service centre, and an indian guy named Victor, who showed me all the corrupt files that were on my computer who now had access to my banking details which scared me, so he said he could extend my warrenty and clear all the files for $290 which is lifetime cover. I got suspicious and looked up on computer and found this and told him he was pulling a scam and put phone down.....but does he now have access to my computer??????????

No way. they called me. and like a fool i let them get into my computer. But as soon as i realised they wanted money. I tols them where to go. They are still calling me at least twice a day. I am so sick of it. And cant do anything about it.

Got a call from 35315133718 -a lady called Elenor.Seemed to be an Indian Lady.The line was poor, and she indicated that she was calling from a Windows Service Centre and they had detected an error on my computer. She stated that I should not save any applications or folders on my computer as it would be harmed. She indicated that the Service Centre was located in a building in Smithfield on the 6th floor.I did not engage with the person any further.

This biz may also be known as ztechsolutions.com.tl. SCAM. Unfortunately too small a scam for Microsoft to bother with.

Just had a call from these people. Told the guy I thought it all sounded dodgy. He had an american/indian sounding voice. Asked why I hadnt been emailed. Bullied him into giving me phone number which he said was 64/099849405. Said ah ha...if you are in Auckland (as he had told me) why are you saying 64 before he number? Just question, question, questioned him through the whole process. (Had a couple of drinks or I might not have been so stroppy!) Anyway.... told him that I would ring him back so he hung up. Called the number (without the 64) and some fellow answered and I squizzed hyim. Told me he was in Florida and that he was from ..all these letters and numbers. I said thankyou for your honesty, put in all the letters and numbers and found this!!! Interesting eh? Do these people think we are a bunch of dodos in NZ???????

I got a similar call from an Indian guy who gave the name Bryan. Gave me the following numbers to call: 432-360-4963, 973-200-6677 and 973-975-0970. Called when I was in the car driving, thank goodness. If I had been on my computer, I might have been tempted to do something I'd regret

my dad just had a call from a guy called john on 02538020308 . He said we had a problem with windows which we don't . Yet another scam . I hope that by posting this , that it make others aware. take care all .

I just got a call from an indian guy claiming he is calling from microsoft cause I have a problem in my computer. He said i needed to follow his instructions if I want it fixed. I said im not following [***]. He can tell me the process and I'll decide if I want to go through with it or not. (i knew he was a scammer but i wanted to [***] with him) He kept trying to convince me he needed to do it step by step WITH me. After going back and forth for some time, (dont give in to them when they are being persistent) he gave in and told me the step by step process. of course im not really paying attention cause i know its all [***]. but i pretend like I do saying things like "wait what did you say I had to click after that?" and so forth. after [***] with him for a couple of minutes, he goes, "can i tell you something ma'am?" and starts cussing me out. im having the time of my life cause i was waiting for this so i can give him a piece of my mind about his scamming [***].

Had a call from an Indian guy from Windows Service Center saying there were problems with my internet browser. As caller display showed up as "International Unavailable" I asked them their phone number which they gave as 01274792474 which is located in Bradford UK. As I maintain and repair my own computers and was aware of this scam I had a few words with the guy and put the phone down. My 85 year old mother inlaw also had a call from this company and they wouldn't believe her when she told them she doesn't have a computer.
