This is weird. We received a call from this same 214 number at 6 in the morning. After that we were getting calls from a number with an 876 area code. They were talking really sick and were making threats. What can you do with something like this?

Rooster is right. Some of you people make slugs look smart. The caller ID of "International" should be your first clue. The call you're getting is either from overseas (you know, those countries outside of America?), a calling card, or from a voice over ip company like skype. There is no conspiracy! The men in black are not going to get you!

Received call from this number.

I got several calls from this number, caller name is "International" I answered one time the caller was a guy with a heavy accent. Alarming. hope we can all find out who is calling. I was adviced no to answer since this call can be charge to your phone.

This number called my wife's dads house, someone was asking for either me or her, and her dad said I'll give you their home number thinking it was a friend of mine...but before he could give my number to him the guy repeated my home phone number to her dad and said bye. Weird! What is going on? I get the stupid techno music when I call back also.

I received a call from this phone number on 1.21.08, but I knew exactly who the person at the other end was.... and he was not in Dallas or International. He also was not using a computer to make the call. We are both on landlines. I see in the pull-down for Caller Type, it does not give the option for real phone call from a friend.

this number came up on caller id. when i told them i was on the do not call list and to take me off their list! when i asked them for the name of the company & phone number, they said they were calling from "Added Value," gave me a different number of 888.274.2445. they also told me that the do not call list does not apply to charities? this is a telemarketer, they said they were doing a survey!! (Note: A contact name from my address book was reflected on caller id, so do they also have access to names/numbers stored on our phone system?)

Call came through this morning - with no one there and I hung up, not I see it is a problem call.

I am at work and just recieved a call from the same number. They claimed to be from the social ssecurity admin and that I was chosen to recieve tax refund money $500.00 a month for the next 6 months because I had no criminal record and paid my taxes as I was supposed to. Hello first clue, the social admin does not give out tax refund money. Not to mention they were of middle eastern descent and claimed to have names such as Susan and Brad, Brad being Susan's superviser. I asked for a number to call them back to verify this was not a scam with my local SSA and they said I could have the phone number and website after I verified my social security number, address, and bank account info. I insisted on calling them back and and they just hung up. I called the SSA and made a fraud report. THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION
