Does anyone know the extension for the xbox department? ive gotten a few calls from this number but im pretty sure its regarding my xbox account which ive been having problems with.
Do not want these people calling my house.... they don't even know who they are looking for!
These people will also change number on caller id to 777-366-81622. they try to fool when 1st number reads 777-366-81622, if you answer & hang up too fast they will immediately call back and caller id will read 215-441-3000. Economy sucks! no job, going on 2nd divorce; served in combat, been indicted in federal grand jury... NCO financial YOU DON'T SCARE ME!!
I don't have Sprint, Old Navy or any Xbox repair contract. But this number has been calling me with no message.
I received a call on 01-25-09, 6:33 PM from the 215-441-3000 and the caller left a voice mail about my Xbox 360 Service Contract Warranty is about to expire. When I called the number 215-441-3000 an NCO Financial Service greeting responded. This is a collection agency. I hanged up due to I pay all my bills ontime. On 01-29-09, 2:58 PM the same number were calling so I answered the telephone. Come to my surprised, it is Microsoft calling back about my Xbox 360 Service Contract Warranty. To confirm that it is Microsoft, I told them that I faxed some documents concerning this issue. And they reviewed verbatim what I sent in. The question is, why Microsoft is using 215-441-3000 to show on people's Caller ID when they are the one calling. VoIP caller ID masking! This is wrong! I filed a complaint with FTC on this today. These calls are documented on my end in the case that FTC decided to take action.
They called and I told them I wasn't working and that the only way I could get money was to steal and the woman, whose name was Ann, told me to do it. Seems to me thats highly unethical and I am not so sure that her supervisor would want her telling people to steal money to pay them.
on your cell phone, you have the ability to keep 100 contact numbers. Each of those numbers, friends, family, businesses, etc...you can assign a ring tone...one of many or just one for all. You have to do it individually. Then set your call in tone to none and vibrate to none. Then, when one of these sleeze balls calls on a non friendly number...one that is not in your 100 contact numbers, your phone will not ring or vibrate. It doesn't solve the problem of them calling, but it may give you satisfaction that they are completely wasting their time. Copy and paste this on as many of these sites as possible...
