This same number has called my parents and my wife, threatening to take me to court. When I called back I got a very rude woman who repeatedly told me she could not tell who the original debtor was. She claimed to of sent 13 notifications to my new address, all of which was completely untrue. I tired of the phone calls and my family receiving the phone calls!

Called my work number a coworker answered the call and hear the following message ..... Hi this message is intended for ___ . I received an order in my office today to complete _⁠_ order process for several pending matters that you are currently being investigated for I will be verifying your current address and place of employment today in the meantime it is your responsibility _⁠_ legal right to contact the claimant prior to being served their number is area code 219-318-1200 _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ to comply will result in _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ of your right to dispute this matter and a complaint will be filed against you and your local jurisdiction 224389 comply will result in forfeiture of your right to the dispute the matter, and a complaint will be filed against you in your local county. Consider this your official notification. "

I've had the same thing happen. I've asked them NOT to call my work. How do we get them to stop?!

I received the same exact message from a man who had an auto insert of someone's name (Bernadette Hanby). Not my name. I had a different jurisdiction number. They can't call me at work, because I retired and they changed into another company. But if they want to leave messages at my old number (if it exists), fine by me.

Same as above, called saying I had several judgements filed against me and someone was filing legal action against me if I didn't reply. This is coming in to our business line for someone that doesn't work here - and it's so obvious it's a scam.

Several calls to my cell anf now calling my work. It is automated,uses my name and states I have legal matters against me they will pursue.

Same as everyone - Keep calling leaving messages stating there are several judgments against me - I better act or legal action will be taken - want my home address, employer - they are using my maiden name of many years ago.

Yess these people have been doing the same thing to me calling my aunt my brothers and sister from this same nunber

Claiming that I have a court date with judgment

Same as everyone else. They’ve called my uncles house and my brothers cell but have never actually called my number. Saying I owe money from 2013 and that I need to pay today or “pick up my summons packet” and be served a judgement of over $1,000.00. Was transferred to another number which was the “payment processing department” When I asked questions about the debt “Kathy Duncan” hung up on me. I called back the other number that they gave me and it rang a few times and the operator came on and said that the number is no longer in service.
