Call number is 234-567-8955 rings twice then hangs up hoping you'll call back and rack up charges, and then calls back.
Keep calling my cell phone. it's very annoying since I have limited time. I wish they would stop calling.
2345678900 wanting to lower my credit card interest rates.........I keep telling them I don't have a credit card and please remove me from their calling list and all they do is hang up..............CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks with this company whoever it is.............By submitting this report will it stop the calls or is this just a waste of time as well as telling this company I don't have a credit card

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
