My parents have been receiving a call from this number for weeks. The person that they finally talked to said that they owe back taxes to a state that they never lived in. My parents (as they are older) were very concerned. I looked up the number for them and this is what I found. When they ask for my dad, and my mom says he isnt home they hang up and now as soon as she says hello they hang up. They have tried to call back and it says that the number is disconnected. Thank you guys for all your help, now I can cross this off my parents worry list.

Got a phone call today from the Indian Gentleman who told me my computer was sending out malicious warnings and that I was hitting a high number of virus attacks. Said he was the support for Microsoft IT. I questioned where he was calling from he replied the United Kingdom which I then questioned due to the fact that my caller ID listed the number as a cellphone in WA. I then questioned why he thought he knew what type of computer and software I was running, for which he replied he was receiving "reports" from my computer. I then told him to take me off whatever list he got my number from and never call again. He hung up on me. My husband is an IT guy and we have an incredible firewall and virus protection software so I new this was probably a scam, plus I have common sense that his number and where he said he was calling from didn't match. Nice to see that my encounter so closely matches the accounts listed here.

Got a call from this number this morning...he wanted to access my computer...i did not let him and asked him his # so I could call him back..the number he gave me was bogus...I called Microsoft and they told me they do not call clients...clients call them..I also called HP support and told me the same thing...the question is...how did they get my number and how did they knw which operating system I had?Beware....the person that called had an Indian accent

There are no teeth in the DNC. Vote out all Republicans and ask a DEM to start enforcing the DNC. I bet we get results!

I too received a call from that number, 253-820-3089 I only said "hello" on 2 of them. After #6 I said "I am writing and e-mail the FCC and give that your cell number, and tell them everything you have been doing, even the words that you would not even say in Church." Good-bye. Not only did the calls stop but all you need to do is go to the FCC WEB SITE and also call them. Tell them how many times and give them the #. I was told that after so many compants, around 25, the open an investication. So PLEASE DO IT, At one point they will stop or go to JAIL and a fine over $25K. Hopefully per number of calls.

My caller ID show it as just a CELL PHONE from WA. This is on 9/14/2012

Received calls from this number as well as several others. When he said he was an IT person and my computer was infected, I asked him if his family was proud of having a son who was a thief. Then I asked him what the penalty in his country was for fraud and theft. He hung up.

Got call from this number 2x already, told me that my computer was infected, told mi to go on line they will check for me. I am not that stupid. The woman name was Lisa, when I call that number, it is not valid number. It is a scZm

I keep getting calls from this number. A man sounding Indian tells me he is from windows and want to help me fix my computer. I say that it sounds like a scam to me and he hangs up.
