I just recently got a new phone on late last year ,2012. I receive about 10 calls a week from kohls department Store collection department trying to reach someone by the name of Tiffany.My name is not Tiffany. And i have told the callers on many different occassions that Tiffany must have had this number just before i had but she does not have this number anymore and so i asked nicely for the person on the other end not to call my number anymore and to remove this number from their list, they reply saying" ok" But I still receive multiple calls a day. The next step for me is to go to my states attorney general and put in a complaint with them. I cant take it anymore

Funny, somehow I was $7 short on my January bill too and I'm now in this circle of late charges. I have always paid more than what my minimum payment was but had things happen in the last few months so paying my minimum payment. I paid more than the $7 as soon as I got the notice thinking it would also cover the current amount but they credited the whole payment to the prior month, another late charge and the calls....... Geez!

It is a scam! Just because it comes up as Kohls Does NOT mean it is Kohls. You can set up a number to me anything u want it to me. You can also set up a scam and have people (SCAMMERS) who are trying to STEAL your info answer as if they are actually Kohls. I Spoke with Kohls and was informed they NEVER EVER would call someones phone and ask them there last 4 digits of there social.

I continue to receive unwanted calls from an automatic dial who claims to be Kohl's. The first time they called I answered and they asked for my wife, whose name is on our account as the primary cardholder though the number is my cell. She called them back and they asked for the last four digits of her SSN. Since our account is current and we don't have any purchases outstanding we felt there was something wrong. We have not responded and the calls have picked up in frequency, waking me up twice. I want this to stop, whether fraud or legit.

I was just awakened, too, after really looking forward to sleeping in on a Saturday. I think that's one way they try to snag someone's info--by catching you when you're incoherent. Jerks. If I'm fully awake, I don't answer unfamiliar numbers.The scam practitioner at the other end asked for "Mara." I told her she had the wrong number, she thanked me & hung up. At least I'm a very light sleeper--even if she had asked for my info, I was awake enough by then to refuse it. Unfortunately, now they know it's a working cell number. I'm sure I'll get several more calls now. I will not be answering.

How do I make these calls stop. I'm getting multiple calls a day and they won't leave a VM.

I have been getting calls which as supposedly from Kohl's. The first time they left a message asking for Susan. No Susan here. I do not have a Kohl's credit card. The message said to call back - 888-814-3555 and leave my account number or social security number. How stupid would that be. Identity theft waiting to happen.

Umm..yeah..good luck with THAT! Your attorney general doesn't care about this stuff.

Just answer the phone and say "Bueno", they never call again.
