Called and spoke to a few people at Kohl's. Apparently, this robo call is used to get current information from the customer whenever mail or a bill is returned to their office. It is a legitimate call. If you get this phone call, call a customer service rep at (855)564-5748. They will be able to tell you if you have an outstanding balance, out of date address, etc.

Kohls calling to collect payment. My next payment is not until JUNE and I have NEVER BEEN LATE! They need to get their act together and stop harassing people who are not delinquent. For those of you who are late, pay your bill.

Well, my call told me my account was past due but when I looked at my bill it is not due until 10 days from now!

It is really Kohls. I went into the store with the information from my caller ID.

Recording on my answering machine said this # was Kohl's (262-703-1977) but gave an 888 number to call back (888-814-3555). I went to my online account for Kohl's and they do not have numbers that start with 262 and I also did not have a message or an alert about my account so figure this is a scam call.
