If you recieved a call from (262)703-1977, call FTC or FBI wire fraud division immediatelyThis is not Kolhs phone number for customer service/payments recievable. Their phone # is (800)564-5740 and only give your phone number.
Called and spoke to a few people at Kohl's. Apparently, this robo call is used to get current information from the customer whenever mail or a bill is returned to their office. It is a legitimate call. If you get this phone call, call a customer service rep at (855)564-5748. They will be able to tell you if you have an outstanding balance, out of date address, etc.
Kohls calling to collect payment. My next payment is not until JUNE and I have NEVER BEEN LATE! They need to get their act together and stop harassing people who are not delinquent. For those of you who are late, pay your bill.

Well, my call told me my account was past due but when I looked at my bill it is not due until 10 days from now!
Recording on my answering machine said this # was Kohl's (262-703-1977) but gave an 888 number to call back (888-814-3555). I went to my online account for Kohl's and they do not have numbers that start with 262 and I also did not have a message or an alert about my account so figure this is a scam call.
262-703-1977Ok, I called Kohl's actual customer service number from their website and asked the rep if this number was legitimate and she said it's not one of theirs so it's a scam.
