pay your bill its not a law they have to call to inform you laspse 1 month and itll cost you late fees so stop complaining and pay your bill

I also got a call from this number, I don't answer phone numbers I don't recognize especially from out of state, left a voice mail saying it was from Kohl's, called Kohl's customer service and they said their corporate office was in Milwaukee, which is the same state. They didn't seem to know what it was about as my account is 0. I owe nothing and haven't used the card but once since I have had it. Others complain that it is collection well there is nothing to collect. Fraud at it's best I guess, will be blocking next time they call. I have Cheetah Mobile on my phone and can block calls. Harassment is what they told me so I didn't answer. Customer Service seem kind of vague on checking it out basically just told me to answer or not answer. Really said that they don't take fraud seriously. It happens again I will probably cancel my card.

I love it, when these scammers, try to get through by calling only to get blocked. Then they try, and call from another number. I sit back and laugh. Have you heard the song "Keep knocking, but, you can't come in". My song to these scammers.... "Keep calling, but, you can't get through. Hahaha

Yeah but what about the people who have 0 on their account, all I got when I called was a recording, not giving any of my SS on the phone, wouldn't let me do anything else. Reported to the Kohl's customer service and they acted like no big deal.

I am really sick and tired of this phone calls, even on sunday morning and saturdays, late nights. What can I do to block this calls ???!!!!!

I also called the fraud dept, and they didn't recognize the number and because my balance is 0 they didn't and couldn't explain why I would get a call, didn't even seem worried about it.

Rec'd several calls from this # - looked up reverse phone #. Location comes up, but not the name. I recently had a payment mixup on my wife's and my Kohl's card, so the payment got posted to incorrect acct. Likely a late payment call from their card services dept... I like the recommendation someone had to call the toll free # for Kohl's directly, instead of the # on the caller ID, in the off chance this was a scam, I'm sure they would have caller ID & be redoubling the effort to get your info.. My recommendation to Kohl's would be to revamp their reminder autodial system. It is pretty poor that it at least would not have the company name come up on caller ID. Customer service agents I have spoke with at Kohl's are the best, so I would hope this doesn't dissuade people from shopping @ Kohl's

I just called the Kohl's number that I got from the actual Kohl's website, and they said that this number is not them and that they have no records of anything they would need to call me about. Do not give them your information! its a scam.

If this is in fact a Kohls number then they need to learn how to conduct buisness over the phone. I have had the same phone number for almost ten years now and within the last month they have started calling asking for someone I have never heard of. When I try to talk to them they say sorry I must have the wrong number and hang up. Then later I recieve another call from someone else looking for the same person. This is very annoying.
