I think I've solved the mystery! It is "sort of" Kohl's. It's a collection agency they use. This month I went on line to pay my bill. Evidently, something screwed up and it didn't get posted...which I didn't realize because I got an email from them that I assumed was saying they got my payment. Today [11 days later] I got an email saying I missed my payment and also mentioned that the email was from a collection agency. I went online an paid my bill. I I have also been getting calls from this number...which I didn't answer. I didn't realize it was Kohl's until I pulled up this website. However, I still won't answer the call, especially after reading the info they want. I think it's safer just to check your account and if you missed a payment, just pay it through their website.

Kohls or a collection agency. The point is, I dont have Kohls card. I can not get these people to stop calling. They dont say anything when you answer, they dont leave a message. I dont want a Kohl's card, and I have never had one nor never will. I question if this is a ligit number for Kohl's, cause if it was, why would they be calling someone who has not only never had a Kohl's charge, never applied for one, and will not leave message or speak when I do answer the phone...idots i tell you.

Same with me, sometimes they leave a message but nothing is there figured it was phishing?

i am not even old enough to have a kohls credit card and they have been calling 2-4 times a day asking for someone named karen demoss...i have told them numerous times to take my number off their lists because i am under age but they continue to call. while reading these it seems like i am the only one who has talked to these people but it is getting on my nerves! someone please help!

I picked up the phone & it really was Kohl's. They left a number to reach them. When I called the number, it was Kohl's. My husband had used the card (which I already knew). They didn't ask for any info & told ME the last 4 numbers of my checking acct & asked for permission to pay the bill using that checking acct. When you forget to pay, they robocall you with their phone number & leave you theirs. Since this isn't the 1st time I forgot about the bill, I know exactly what they are going to say. So yes, the number listed here IS Kohl's but someone else out there is hijacking their phone number & displaying it on your phones (caller ID). The real Kohl's doesn't even let you leave a message when they robocall you. They just leave their phone number & ask you to call them.

I have received calls from this number and I donot have a credit card there I rarely shop at this store.

Daily, at least once a day, we get a call from this number. I don't answer because I figure if it's real they'd leave a message. I'm getting very tired of it!
