HE is not calling you. An auto-dialer connected to a computer database is calling you. The call goes through, the auto-dialer switches the call to an available mindless slave with a written script and you are off and running. They operate on a shoestring budget and don't spend the money to keep the database updated by removing numbers that either never answer or hang up on them.
Got a call from a 2827262524 but I wont answer.
They keep calling me like three times a day and when i pick up they dont say a word. They wont leave me a lone!
Person was from india. Said I was with united health care and he could save me 85% on prescription coverage. Then asked me what medications I was taking. I don't think I have united Anymore but I was already angry about all the calling from that number today and hangups. Of all days to get those calls I had a migrane today. I said oh hell no I'm not telling you my medication and don't call this number again

I've been receiving calls from the above number and when I went to AT&T rep he told me that in all probability there is a company/business/or whoever out there that is releasing cell phone numbers for a fee. He told me the technology that is involved with these scam numbers. Personally, I am going to change cell number in another week if things don't subside. We have many Judas's in the country! This is one part of technology I don't need!
