Just got a call to my cell from 282-726-2425. Googled it and found this web site. Thought I would add mine to the growing list here.
Man with indian accent, called and sd he was responding to an application for an auto loan for bad credit. I just bought a Challenger last year and dont have a need for a new car, plus my credit is excellent (aftr years of hard work to get it there after ID theft). I knew I didnt apply for anything so I played with him to try and get more info. I sd I wasnt me and that the person he was looking for is incarcerated for working with fraud rings and scams. I asked how did he get this number and he started stuttering and sd I apologize for your loss, I guess he couldnt find the correct script or thought incarcerated meant dead. When i asked again how did he get the number, he hung up....that was yesterday evening...they are calling back again today...Havent decided what BS ima say yet today..any ideas???

called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call
