A family member got a call on his cell phone, which is a number that BofA shouldn't even have. The name they gave sounded wrong, so I called the bank, and everything seems fine on our accounts. The fact that they called a number we would never have given the bank is a big flag that this isn't legitimate.

LEGIT or NOT I do not know,I do not like or care for calls, so I save them in my list of contacts with a "ZZZ" as a name and a no ring if they try calling again, So that I want know about it next time they call. Who knows, who is calling with all of the nuts out their. Congress want do anything about it. I did put my number(s) all on the Government website for do-not-call and I have lifelock. For any Ad company reading this please use the U.S. Mail system if you are the caller, so that I can trash your information.

It is NOT legit. They called me from B of A about my business account. We do not bank at BofA. The phone number used was 302-458-4761 then called back using 302-458-3025.

Yep, got the call and saved it with a NO ring for the next time they call to sale me something I do not want. Don't know the NUMBER don't answer the call, it could be someone trying to sale you something. I can save up-to 200 numbers on my phone. 50 have been saved with a no ring and name of "ZZZ". P.S. They left a message saying thy needed more information, but I do not know the person calling and asked that the request be mail as they had my address on file. I did like a getting calls asking me to buy something more then what I had asked for. Also added Please don't call me any more send all request through the us mail service.

These people work for a company by the name of FIA Card Services, They protray themselfs as Bank of Amreica this is false do not trust them.

FALSEFALSE FALSE This is not Bank of America. This number is regestered to a company under the name of FIA Card Services. They claim to be employees of BOA but this is false they are a collection company using a trick to get you to beleive they are BOA. Just run a check with the phone company they will tell you the sams as i am. FIA Card Services is there name. Easy just run a phone number check through any internet white pages. If they were BOA then the number would come up as such.They LIE

Just got off the phone with security/fraud dept with Bank of America. 1-800-432-1000. # is on their website. I was informed that the 302-458-1590 is in fact a fraudulant phisher #. DO NOT GIVE this person any information. Refuse to talk with them and report.

received a call from 1-302-458-1590, caller id - CARD SERVICES this morning. Didn't pick up, no message was left. I thought of googling the number and saw this webpage. I then checked my BoA account online to see if there were any alerts- there were none.Most likely a fraudulent call.

I just received a call from 302-458-1590 with caller identifying herself as working for Bank of America's fraud department which was contacting me to check whether I had indeed been the one who recently accessed my online banking account from or through a location in Germany. Other than my name, she asked for no other personal identification details but conveyed legitimacy nevertheless as she correctly confirmed the credit cards and valid online sessions linked to my now apparently compromised online account, reporting that no new charges had been posted and that my current cards would be cancelled and replaced with new ones. She also provided callback numbers for fraud and victim assistance units, neither of which identifies itself as a Bank of America department in recorded greetings.
