Asked him which computer he was referring to, all he'd say was the home computer where I send emails. I asked location, again he only would repeat "your home computer where you send emails from" I stated I don't own a desktop, be then said I mean I am calling about your laptop. I asked where he was calling from, gave some tech company name. I then told him I was not falling for his scam and not to call me again. Sounded like he was from India, called from a local Delaware number. I am physically in Delaware, but have a 478 area code.
our business gets calls from them several times a day and no one ever speaks. I am so glad to have all this ammunition should someone finally speak.
They called me and told me that there is some issues with my laptop. on asking details about company name and how did they get my no. The guy did not answered me well so I told him that i know how this scams work he then disconnected the phone

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
