These people have tried to call repeatedly, the number but not the name was given on the Caller ID. The caller said he was representing Hickenbotham Research. Is this legit?

I had 2 missed calls from them, so I came on here to check it out.I finally was able to pick up today when they called. It was someone from one of the trade magazines I subscribe to. It was legit, they just want to make sure that you read them, I suppose they don't want to bother printing them if you're just throwing them out, or not recieving them.
I have received dozens of calls from this number, always asking for the same person (who does not have this phone #, and who I do not know).Called this morning and again asked to speak with the unknown person. I told that there was not and had never been a person by that name at my number (which I have had for 15 years), and that he was calling my cell phone, and that he had purchased a phone list with bogus #'s on it and never to call again. He said he would mark down it is a wrong #. But that is the same thing they told me when they called last week, and the week before that, etc., etc.
A woman called asking for the CEO by name. He was out of the office. I asked if I could help her. She wanted to know if we had an in house print facility. I answered "no" and she said "thank you" and "good-bye".
