It's one PM and we've gotten three calls already today from Rachel at Cardholder Services, and we are on the Do Not Call list. How can we stop this?
The FTC website sends you to the National Do Not Call Registry website to file a complaint with them. I just did that too!!!!
Stop calling me! You promise if I don't respond "this will be your last call!" Alas, you keep calling me! I have tried to push 1 for more information and when I get to an actual person and tell the to "STOP CALLING ME!" They hand up on me, only to call again later.
This is the 3rd call i have received from this number. Is always a recording saying that they can help reduce my interest or some such nonsense! As it is a recording I can not request to be taken off of their calling list and have no intention of calling whatever call back number that they provide.
I keep getting calls from "Rachel" from Cardholder Services. I tell the operator (who I will refer in the future as "[***] #1") to take me off the list and she ("[***] #1") hangs up. Very rude. The next week I get another call from Cardholder Services. And now the new operator ("[***] #2") answers and again I tell her to take me off the list. This operator ([***] #2) hangs up. Again, very rude! The I get another call from Cardholder Services and the next operator ([***] #3) comes on. I tell her ([***] #3) that I don't want to be called again and she hangs up. Again, very rude.Needless to say, I sure can't wait for [***] #4 to call.
When I stay on the line to ask them to take my phone number off their list, the person hangs up on me.The number, from Rachel at cardholder services is 347-218-0531

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
