Mine was listed as unknown caller, but many of my friends come in that way and in my haste I picked up. It was a recording advising me they could reduce my credit card interest rate. Since I pay off my credit cards and do not carry a balance, I hung up. First time I ever received this call. Let's see if it happens again. Also on dnc list. . .for what it's worth.

I get Rachel calling me constantly. I never fail to "Push 1 to receive more information". When I finally get a live person on the line, I ask for the name of the company again. When they say, Cardholder Services, I say no, there's no such company. I've checked. Now what's the real name of your company so I can correctly notify the FCC.Then I harass the daylights out of them. I start with, "why don't you get a real job, instead of working for these illegal losers??" I usually then hear a dial tone. But if I happen upon some stupid who stays on the line and wants to debate me, I go on to tell them this is a DNC number and they are being recorded as we speak so that their company, and they personally, will be liable for the $11,000 fine per call levied by the FCC for violating the DNC law. If there is still no dial tone, I will suggest that they leave their office immediately as my computer shows that the police have now established the location of their office and will likely be showing up any minute . Get out now, before your bosses get arrested and you get caught in the net as well!!I could go on forever with them. Fun to turn the tables on them.BTW, the fine info is true. The FCC already knows about this outfit, located in Atlanta, GA, and have numerous lawsuits pending against the couple that run it ( and many sub-companies doing the same thing).

These losers just called and hung up on my machine. I immediately Googled and saw from this site that they're a problem so I immediately filed a complaint with the FTC. (I'm on the DNC list -- and I report EVERY violation (including the unsolicited text messages that have been coming in my cell lately -- since I'm not sure that DNC covers texts (I don't think that it does) I just report it as a DNC violation.). I'm sure that the FTC is tired of hearing from me, but if enough people complain then maybe they'll go after people who don't respect DNC.

We are on the national and state do not call list. This number is a recurrent problem. When I pressed 9 as directed , I asked for the address so I could file a complaint. The person on the phone told me to suck a certain area of his anatomy. How do we stop these people!

If I do not know the number, I don't answer it. Got a call from some boob who said they could lower my interest rates on credit cards. I asked if they could lower it below zero...they said no...I said then why did you tell me you could?

This number keeps calling me about reducing my credit card interest rate.

I hit "9" and got Melissa who I very politely (and I'm NOT be sarcastic) informed I believed they had a wrong number but before I could say anymore ... SLAM...dial tone... Unreal I'm so furious in so many ways! Anyway, I googled the number and here I am...

Get calls from 304-445-5940 .I don't answer and they leave no message.Caller ID shows number and Cell Phone... WV.

Just received this one for the first time . . . . googled it & here I am . . . . again . . . funny thing is I do not have any credit cards . . . so hence, I do not need this service. Just another "SPAM" phone call.
