Hello..this is Rachael from cardholder services!!!! This has to be able to be stopped!!!

i got this call a few minutes ago and they hung up on my answering machine.

This is very frustrating because I don't have caller ID, and I've been getting calls from "Rachel at Card Services" every day lately. And Every Time, I press "3" like they indicate for it to be the "Final Notice". If only it was!!! So today when they called AGAIN, I pressed "1" to speak to a representative. When he came on the line and said, "How can I help you?", I said, "You can stop calling me!" He said, "Ma'am, chill out. I'm not the one calling you, it's a computer." I said, "I've told the computer to stop calling me with the 'final notice' button several times". He said, "Then let me have you talk to the computer again." I hung up on him! I wonder if they're in cahoots with the Caller ID folks---you know harass people so much they sign up for Caller ID out of desperation. I guess I'll just have to start letting my personal secretary answer the phone now, i.e. my answering machine, for every call, which by the way, drives my friends and family crazy!

Thanks for registering the complaint. FTC will respond to massive complaints about a number. Everyone should go to do not call.gov and register a complaint.

I am no the Do Not Call list, but get these calls from Rachel frequently. Have never been able to actually have a conversation. Want to know how to stop the calls!

I get at least 3 calls by these A-holes everyday at all hours of the day and night. I told them everytime to take me off their list and I am NOT going to give them any of my numbers, yet they just keep right on calling. Apparently their motive is not to get you to give out your numbers, but to just annoy anyone with a phone because they have been calling me everyday since Thanksgiving and each time I tell them to leave me alone, yet the next day... Ring. "Hi this is Rachel in account services with great news" F OFF RACHEL!

I have been receiving calls from Cardholder Services on an irregular basis. The [***], Rachel, says "This is Rachel from Cardholder Services..." She sounds like a real [***]! And I know [***]!Anyway, you think I'm mad now? Actually, I've cooled down since this afternoon. I'm out of work. And I would love to sit in on a trial of Cardholder Services. Just think of the possibilities...

I've registred various complaints with the FTC and have a reference number but they lead to nowhere. This last time I called FTC Help (877)382-4357, I was told that "there in nothing the FTC can do about illegitimate callers." That is like the police saying they can only go after law-abiding citizens not criminals.Then the FTC person kept referring me to their posts regarding the action they taken. These are from 6/10/2010 and 12/19/2011. So call the individuals listed there:Mitchell J. Katz (202)326-2161Frank Dorman (202)326-2674.Maybe when the FTC gets tired of getting OUR calls will they do something about it.

I received a call from this number and after i push 9 to tell them to stop calling me the guy cussed me out OMG this [***] is crazy can't someone put a stop to these call.
