I have had the same problem for a week, they call, I answer, I can hear background noise, and they hang up. These creeps call me all day and all night, sometimes every 10 minutes. This is what I have done:Called my carrier AT&T 1-800-288-2020(who by the way are worthless) they said I needed a police report number, and to then call them and they could set a trap/block the number. But before calling them back I should call the FCC.Called my local sheriffs dept and goat a case number. Called the FCC,1-888-225-5322 found out they have had numerous complaints about this number-everything from car warranties to debt collection/consolidation.Called AT&T back and they said there is NOTHING they can do, the local sheriff department will have to pursue the matter. But before contacting the again, I should call the FTC.Called the FTC 1-877-382-4357 they took my complaint, and added it to their stack. When they have ENOUGH complaints they will investigate. Until them I am screwed.Called the Miami Beech police dept, because area code 305 is in southern Miami Dade county. They said their is NOTHING they can do.Called my local sheriffs dept again, they sent an officer out, took my statement, he is trying to pursue, but what the heck can my local pd do? Not too much is my understanding.So, after this long post, I'm thinking we all need to find an attorney and file a class action suit against the owner of 305-800-1000. What do you think?

this no 305 800 1000 calls my no all the time and hungs up.

This number has been calling me at least twice a day for the last week. I ignored it the first few times, thinking they would leave a message if it was important. After ignoring it about 5 times, I answered and got hung up on twice. I put it on my reject list

they are calling me again and again and also they said my name too, i don't know how they know my name but never talk. i dont want to recieve email from them.

I have never ordered Acai or Reversitaol - but these idiots call y cell 3-4 times a day.How can we stop them? It's a USA area code, so they are under some USA jurisdiction.

I just called my carrier and had them block this number. also, add youself to the "do not call list". Just google do not call list and add yourself.
