Got a call from this number this evening 3/16/17. Did not answer due to not recognizing the number. They left a message. The lady representative, Tiara, stated she was with Wilbur & Associates & that I was involved in an incident 1/17/17 & need to contact them immediately & needed to call them back on a 800 number. I was NOT involved in any incident. This is a scam. I live 11 hours from this state! I am reporting this number!

They called and sent letters for an accident I had and they're going to suspend my license and car insurance unless I pay $18,000. Problem is, I have no driver license or car hence no car insurance.

I was in an accident few months back, but there was a tiny scratch on their van side mirror, and a dent in my vehicle. No police report filled, no tickets were given. Insurance info was swapped. This number called me left message saying if I dont pay they will suspend my DL.. Is this possible????

They called me today they couldn't even provide what vehicle I was driving or a police report number she was extremely rude and would not answer my simple questions? She eventually threatened to revoke my license and hung up on me!

Called left vague message I owed them $1,450 for an accident months ago where I got hit. Why do I owe money??? Plus, they won't answer any of my questions. Just demanded I pay them now or my DL is suspended. They can't even tell me any information that is about my accident, only wants my card number now. And yells at you. Then hangs up when I asked for a manager, or their supervisor.

My boyfriend said this about the calls I kept getting for him: "He's called before. He left me a voicemail saying a name I don't recall, then i called back and he said he worked for a judge. Then called another time said he was the assistant of the attorney. It was the same guy every time. "

They have my name and birth date and claim I owe money from an uninsured accident I was in last year with my GMC Accadia. I haven't been in an accident since 2009 (8 years ago), I have NEVER been uninsured, and I don't own a GMC Accadia. When I told them this, they tried to pry for more information. They are rude and have called on a weekly basis. Do NOT respond to them! They are SCAM artists!
