Same deal as what you're claiming here in Austin. Call and try to call back and phone number is busy.

Caller ID said "IPSOS". Didn't answer; no message left

This number has been calling my home phone relentlessly. Caller ID gives company name of IPSOS. I have told them repeatedly that I am not interested in their market research. When they called again today, I asked to be put on their Do Not Call list, however, the caller ignored my numerous requests and continued his monologue. I finally hung up. I find it pathetic that there is no recourse for this type of harassment.

Got a call from this number in Beverly Hills, CA... Not expecting a call from the Chicagoland area...

Called stating they were a surveying company but we never got to the actual survey!!!

get this call a lot on my home number. have call block on phone service but the system will not accept number. never answer call when it comes in. figure they will eventually give up. don't understand, though, why they call since my number is on the Do Not Call list. guess that some people just don't pay attention to the rules or figure the rules don't apply to them.

Caller ID shows SYNOVATE. Internet search shows that it is one of the world's top survey-based research firms. It helps clients understand what their consumers like. I missed the call but sounds like it might be fun to be able to reply to their questions.
