I received a call from this number on 2/14/2017 at 8:08pm. No message was left, not even telling me Happy Valentine's.Day! This is a non-fixed-VoIP number out of Chicago, IL that comes in as IPSOS. IPSOS is a real company. It's a Global Market Research and consulting firm with worldwide headquarters in Paris, France. They do all kinds of surveys. But, I don't answer calls like these, just in case it is a scam and I hate taking surveys!
Received call April 8, 2013. Did not answer. They never give up. Sometimes they use other numbers -- all from IPSOS (?) or something like that -- apparently a market research firm (?).
I have had two calls in the last few days. I just called back and had the same message as the rest.
I got a call from this number on my cell phone on December 14th. There was a gap between when I answered and the voice on the phone, which made me think it was going to be a recorded message. However, a woman's voice asked to speak to me, and since she mispronounced my very-easy-to-pronouce-but-often-mispronounced name, I told her she had the wrong number. No one called back.
Received a call from this number for 8 days straight. I called back and received 'All circuits are busy.'
these calls can be blocked if you have that service also I dont know what state you are in buy where I am there is a national do not call list...good luck

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
