we have never done anything with AmEx and from reading this we won't do business with them if they use people like this to try and collect for them. they are calling my son (who is 10) everyday. he doesn't answer numbers that aren't programed into his phone. i tried to call them and they are very rude and hung up on me 3 times. all i would give them was the number they were trying to call but wouldn't give them a name. they need to be turned in. i am going to file a report with the FTC and i am contacting AmEx and putting his number on the do not call list. maybe that will help. more peopel should turn in collection agencies like this.....they should not be allowed to operate the way they do.

Received a call from this #. Caller identified himself as Ryan Wills and asked to speak to a family member who no longer lives here. Would not state nature of call except that it was business and personal. Did not identify himself as a debt collector. Left a call back number of 314-851-4337. I called the number back a few minutes later and got a recorded msg identifying the company as G C Services. This company is a debt collector based in St Louis, MO. I have filed complaints with the FTC, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the BBB.

Came up on caller ID as what someone said above, G C Services. I've had this number for almost 6 years. James and Mary do not....we always get calls for J or M, but they don't live here. Here is a message they left on our answering machine:"This message is for James or Mary (last name). I need you to contact Mr. Shermack immediately at 314-851-4391. Very serious issue we need to discuss. Thank you."He had a VERY serious tone of voice

they keep calling - clearly they have the wrong number - won't accept that for an answer. Who do i report them to ?

Operations Divi? WTH? If they won't tell me their name then I won't answer the call, simple as that.

Continue to receive calls for someone I don't know and certainly doesn't live here or have this phone no. I am going to try and report them to any gov't agency that will listen.
