Operations Division has been calling for information about a relative. We have spoken to them on at least three occasions and explained that we don't know his whereabouts, however they continue to call frequently even though we've asked them not to call. They said the nature of the call was a private matter. They do not leave messages. A member of our household has cancer and the frequent phone calls are disruptive. We are on the do not call list, but they continue to call almost on a daily basis. I would love to know how to stop the calls.
Have had many phone calls from the number 314 576 3852 asking for ester ? I've had the phone for many years never herd of her DONT KNOW HER. Next complaint will be to FTC and so on. Don't want to make it a big deal but will. Please stop the calling.
Debt collector calling me and siblings regarding debt of another sibling.Seems illegal. Harassing us for a debt the clearly know does not belong to any of us. We're all canceling our Amex cards. Hard to believe Amex would apply such tactics
