This number calls our landline 3 or 4 times per week. Caller ID indicates "Operations Division". Last time I checked, I didn't know anyone named "Operations Division", so I won't pick up the phone. So much for being on the Do Not Call List.

She called and asked for one of my family members that doesn't even live with me and when I told them that person does not live there the lady on the other line told me to cut the crap and then hung up on me.

I do NOT want calls from this number... they do not tell me what they want... I will block every time!

That is an old collection agency tactic. When I was quite younger and worked for a colleciton agency, we would get a list of "nearbys". "Nearbys" were the neighbors of the debtor. You would basically call the neighbor to get the debtor to call you back.

Received a call on the cell phone at 8:30 AM for a Michael something. I said it was the wrong number and the caller said "Do you know him?" I said no, firmly. I hope that's the last I hear from him.

Received a call from 1-314-576-3852, CID Operations Division, requesting I inform a neighbor that they needed to call Mike Anderson at 1-800-926-3136. I was told that it was urgent and confidential. So, of course I Googled the number and found this blog.

I work in an office and I answer phones/screen the calls for my boss. Well, this lady just called and she is the rudest person I have ever spoken too. What a (B) I don't want to cuss. What a liar also! She tried to tell me she was trying to get hold of the owner because his Dad told him he would be in. Well, his Dad has been dead a very long time and what a crock of crap. She argued and was very rude. If she thought she could out talk me...NOT! Witch! Don't answer these call people! They are the most rudest people I have ever dealt with and I have been doing this a very long time!

Call from the "Operations Division", picked up call and the caller identified himself as "Jim Dully". I said yes and he asked if I lived at so and so. I told him that I do not know who I am talking to and he hung up.Checked number and found this blog………..

I used to receive frequent collection calls from AMEX, and I told them several times that they had the wrong number or something as I did not have a card with them and they asked for a company that I do not own. Finally once I told them off and said please do not call my number any longer. It appears they may have passed it on to these guys now. How do I get them off my back! I do not owe anyone ANYTHING!

Have been receiving calls from this number for over 5 years looking for somebody w/ last name of Anderson. Have been told repeatedly that no one at our number with this name. Continue to harrass. They need to be reported to FCC and FTC for harrassment. Attempt to confuse the answerer with ridiculous questions and are a general nuisance.
