Calls come late afternoon - there is no voice on the answering machine but call is from "operations Division" - I don't owe anyone anything so can't be for me !!
They keep calling me asking for my ex. We havent lived together in over 2 years. What gives them the right to harrass me?
they keep calling me at all hours and leaving a msg for someone in my family who does not live with me. I have not called back nor have I answered the calls. I will not call back and wonder how they got my cell number.

Received another (see 3/14/13) call from this number, didn't recognize it, didn't answer it and again they didn't leave a message.
Called just about every number i had asking for me BUT when i pushed themon what this was all about they said that they needed to speak to the cardholderonly, very rudeAs to what i've seen before yes they identified themselves as AMEXbut the funny thing is i do not have a card with them!
