Yes, I have rec'd weekly calls from this number. I do not answer the phone, and whomever it is, does not leave a message.

Fortunately, I never leave my ringer on so I don't hear these idiots calling, but every single day there's at least one caller ID showing from this number, and the name above the number reads PAPER. There is never a voice mail. If I could find out who they are, I'd suggest they dip their "paper" in kerosene, light it, and stick it up their collective.......

This phone number belongs to the Pisa Group of St. Charles MO. I called them on the direct line (314) 845-2825 and talked to a manager. He wanted my phone number "in order to remove me from their list" did not want to give my number (for privacy reason and to avoid confirming my phone number) but told him I was on the national do-not-call list and he would find me there.He then told me that they were exempted from the do-not call list since they were not selling anything, only offering something for free. This would be a coupon booklet containing "free" or discounted subscription to a local newspaper.They thus believe they have found a loophole around the national do-not-call registry.Maybee if we all start calling the company directly and repeatedly and bombard the Pisa group with complains, they will get the message?

Just found out that our local newspaper has given my cell number to the PISA Group (314-963-8895) after we cancelled our subscription. Called the paper and they said they would put us on their no call list.

I called one of the numbers listed for my area and they said they would remove my number, thank you for your post, it helped!!!

Why isn't there a "Do Not Bother Me, Period" list, because the Do No Call list has never worked and even when I report something nothing is done about it. In Indiana we had our own list, so I was on both. The calls still kept coming in.

They just called us at work. I answered and then a few seconds later, I hear alot of noise in the background and one lady in the distance said "and how would you like to take care of that today?". Another lady finally answers the phone 5 seconds after I pick up and says, "Hello???" so I put her on hold :) Nobody likes to be put on hold.

I just got a call from them as well. I don't know who they are but I put them in as a prank call so I just ignore it.

I`m having the same problem ! I live in Kansas City,Missouri and I get calls from these people day & night ! I`m also on the DO Not Call List and it doesn`t stop these people !
