I get two calls a day from this recording. If I stay on the line and press the number they suggest to talk to a live person I do and I ask to be removed from the list. I continue to get two calls a day even since making the request countless times

This company from 321-304-9999 has called 8 times in the past month, although we're on the Do Not Call list. Hitting 3 to get off their calling list doesn't work, which actually is illegal (the law states the opt-out option is supposed to work immediately). Last two times they called, I pressed 1 to speak to a live operator. He wouldn't reveal the company he worked for, but said he could lower my interest rate on my balance. I said I never carry and balance, AND I'm on the do not call list, he abruptly hung up on me. The next time they called, we pressed 1 again. Agent still wouldn't reveal the company. We asked what business relationship they have with us, and the agent started yelling at us on the phone. I have reported this company to the Federal Communications Commission, as they are very clearly violating the Do Not Call law, a law I know intimately, as I am a journalist and wrote extensively on the law when it was passed. Each violation of the law, and that means EVERY SINGLE CALL, subjects them to an $11,000 fine. More people need to report them so it becomes cost prohibitive for them to do business this way.

Report this company to Donotcall.gov getting calls daily. I do not use credit card, requested to be removed weeks ago. Too bad this has been going on for at least 4 years so it seems useless to complain to the do not call list and the FTC. They have known about this for YEARS and they have not made one move to stop this. People including myself have made numerous complaints over the years regarding these crooks and the FTC has done nothing. It should not take so long to hunt these crooks down and get off their duffs and do something. But that would require putting the donuts and coffee down........

A variation on the scam intended to rip off elderly and unaware people of their money by claiming to represent "your credit card company" or "your bank" or "your credit union" and promise to lower your interest rate or --this one was a bit new-- to "raise my interest rate paid by your financial institution by at least 4%"... all I had to do, according to the gal who was on the line, was give them some basic information to check with our financial institution to see if we qualified.She then asked for my full legal name, my account numbers, my social security number, the location of my financial institution's branch office where I do most of my banking....Scam. Crooks. As close to trial lawyers, collection agents and bounty hunters as you can get and not smell the [***].

Keeps calling. Third time today!I pressed 1 to speak to a representative and asked to be taken off the phone list and the guy hung up on me.
