Badly accented man sortof pronouncing my name . Wouldn't identify where he was calling from. Bogus call

As usual these days, never answering unsolicited calls like this from one is who is clearly a pathetic loser.

A guy called from this number today, wanting to talk about "windows". He did not identify himself. I asked him what company he is affiliated with, and what "windows" he was talking about. I also told him that for business call he needs to identify himself first. He muttered something about computer, kept repeating the word Windows, but never said Microsoft. Worse yet he kept talking when I asked for information about the nature of the call and his name. I just hanged up.

Indian voice, and for a change gave an Indian name, but when I asked why he was calling me, he said "its about your computer," so I said "thank you for being a fraud."

I get this same call but registering from different U.S. states. I seldom answere my phone anymore unless I recognize the number or caller. Advice: Never acknowledge your name or number. Ask who's calling and never say "yes" or "no". In my experience, it has always been a man with a particular accent. I've decided to tell him about the recent scientific study that proved that the men making these calls have the smallest _______s. He won't like it, but it will worry him.

Received a recorded call from this # said it was about my credit card account. I noticed several of the others on here reporting they thought their # was taken from a job search, however, I am retired and not seeking work so these pests have other ways of getting our information.

Called me to say my debit card has been locked

Always screen my calls with caller ID and have been receiving calls from this number on a daily basis for several weeks. No messages are ever left. Only shows call coming from Los Angeles, CA. I have subscribed to the National No Call list but it doesn't work. I don't know how to block these numbers. Any help would be appreciated.

This number is without a doubt the most annoying and consistent caller I have ever experienced. The sad thing is, the FTC will NOT investigate the complaint. These idiots honor no concern when they call at ALL hours of the day or night and I mean early in the morning; 5:00AM for example. I am considering changing my number again for the fourth time even though it is unlisted! The caller has many numbers but this one in the LA area is the most consistent one. I will be notifying the Attorney General in Phoenix tomorrow and let them know of this continual daily harassment these people inflict. The AG interceded last year on another phone company who was harassing me daily on a $50,000 loan I owed, which was false. The AG intervened and that number never called again. The AG is effective and they WILL investigate. As far as the DNC is concerned they are useless no matter what the complaint!
