Got a call from this number a few minutes ago. I had ordered a superglue kit from a TV ad a couple weeks ago, and the foreign-sounding caller informed me that the product was on its way, AND... in appreciation they were including a Zyrcon(sp?) diamond something-or-other for my loved one. I thanked him, and he acknowledged my thanks and went on about how this diamond was 3+ karats in weight, and.. But I interrupted him, thanked him again, and before he could say another word, I hung up. I have no idea what his game was, but he didn't get to offer it. I called the number back to verify it as being a “non-working” number, then promptly blocked it on my phone. I'll never know what wonders I could have received, but he'll never get whatever he was wanting to scam out of me.
THIS IS A SCAM. Caller Said they would reduce my credit card interest rate. They ask for the number on your card. NEVER GIVE YOUR CARD #!!! I made one up and the guy started cursing at me.
I received a call from this number this afternoon. It came on my cell phone, which I do not answer because no one has the number to call me with. I immediately knew it was some sort of telemarketing call, so I googled the number and it brought me here. I have dealt with these "Microsoft Windows" buffoons before. In fact, I'm embarrassed to admit that they scared me, and I bit. However, after some quick work with my bank and the state Attorney General's office, I was able to get them to refund the money they had taken from my checking account. For about 4 months, I didn't get any calls from them. But now it's starting up again. Clearly, they did not learn their lesson. Every time I get an unknown call, I check it here, then report it to the Federal Trade Commission. I have my doubt that reporting them helps, but I do it anyway in case I'm wrong. Thank goodness for sites like 800notes.com.
DO NOT CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this company from out of the country has been calling me for years...they sell prescription drugs.
I'm a Microsoft Partner and they call me as well. I get a good laugh at playing with their heads. I don't need anyone to help fix a computer. Believe me, Microsoft doesn't call me either. Want to speak to Microsoft, pick up a phone.
I received a call from this number stating that the IRS has filed a law suit against me. I am to immediately call another number 520-955-6201 to speak to a representative. Called IRS and was told there is no problem, it is a scam.
