Calling about computer

Amy called me and I told her I noticed she was in Akron. I told her I was in Akron too and asked her if she'd like to go out on a date. *poof*

Yeah, she wanted to know when your computer would be back so she could call you then and try the scam again. She is stupid, definitely. But lazy? Not exactly. She is working for a living -- just like bank robbers, con artists, pickpockets, and other crooks work for a living. The sad thing is these telescammers wouldn't be doing this unless once in a while someone stupider than they are falls for their scam.

Bugisman, you have some good ideas to play with the minds of these crooks. It definitely would waste their time and probably pis them off royally. Unfortunately it would waste my time too. It might be fun once in a while to jerk these scumbags around, but I don't want to give them the satisfaction of having me spend more than a few seconds with them. Better to block their number.

This number keeps calling wanting me to log into my computer. I've asked that they take my number off their calling list. Guess they don't understand English.

Called home 7:30 am, since I was expecting a call I picked up. Caller hung up.
