Got a call from this number and no message was left. Tried to call this number back and it says that it is "not in service." Interesting since it JUST called me.
Thanks Amy Murphy! I LOVE how these scammers think we will answer a call when there is a name displayed. I NEVER answer calls I don't recognize. If it's important, they can leave a message.
Same thing like everybody else said. I am loosing my computer. Too damn bad I didn't come up with some great ideas like few of you guys. I just argued with the girl a bit but then I hang up. I am hopeing they will call again so I can have some fun with them.
Nope, they doan need no stinkin' list.... robocaller computers just dial every number in sequence
Scam. Tech support for windows wanting access to my computer. I said i have mac not windows.
she said i had a virus on my computer and offered to clean it up. she called on my landline.
Caller id from Amy Murphy, don't take this call. They are scammers trying to wreck your computer. I told them my computer was at the office, once he understood he hung up.
My mother recently passed away; I shut down her land-line number and ported it to a cellphone ... just to see what sort of calls I get on a 'non-existent' number. Today (12/16) I got a call approx 8:40 AM CST from someone who sounded like 'Raj' from "Big Bang Theory" who started to talk about "my computer" (remember, this is my mother's old phone number, and as an octogenarian she did never owned a computer). I told him this was my mother's number, I was her son, and she does not own a computer. Caller said nothing more and hung up.It's fun to fukk with people like this sometimes!!And now, after reading a couple of the other remarks here I'm glad I never let this guy get anywhere near my own computer. Can you say "malware" and/or "identity theft"?
