I also received two calls like this. I ordered the Allure "Fun in the Sun" beauty box and think this is what it's about. But it's ridiculous that someone would have to be home. I also don't appreciate getting two calls about it. If I had known that Allure would ship it signature required, I would have thought twice. I am sure they do it so that later the recipient can't claim that they never received it. Hopefully UPS will leave it at my house anyway.

Got a similar call. Didn't answer the phone because didn't recognize the #. Called back and got a message about a upcoming package delivery...prolly for my xbox360

I was at work when I got the call... didn't answer it because I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.Found this website, and it's apparently from UPS... I was expecting several shipments of computer parts.The only bad thing was that even though the shipments were 'signature required', the delivery person left them in front of our door without any signature! In a condo community of this size, those computer parts could have disappeared without a trace!

I agree, lighten up!Communication is good. This is a good service and helpful to many of us. Oh, I think that's UPS at the door now...

They leave me a message pretending they are UPS, and they`re supposed to pay 414.14. and yhe delivery scheduled is today.

Same here, UPS calling about the delivery. Its amazing how many people are like me and waiting to get their 360s back! But I just sent mine off last monday, and it should be here tomorrow...less than 2 weeks. Nice job Microsoft and UPS!

I received a call from this number but I did not answer. They called twice and did not leave a message, so I googled the phone number.I did receive a package from UPS yesterday, but it did not require a COD or signature...and the package has already been delivered. Seems like UPS has a buggy system.

Claimed I owed them $300 dollars on a package that they attmpted to deliver today and will re attempt delivery between 7-8am tomorrow.

Are you mental? Can you read English? The call is not "legit" if they (UPS, as you say) have no business to conduct with this person, no package, and came completely out of the blue. YOURS may have been a legitimate business call, but THEIRS was not. Obviously you are having a problem understanding the language.
