got this on my caller id and a bunch of spanish on the the answering machine we are not expecting any packages from UPS so I think something is wrong... also ups is spaced out like this on the id instead of their normal way U P S

Haha yeah I got the call today, too. I'm expecting my Xbox 360 that I send like just over two weeks ago for repair. I live in on-campus housing though at college, and I called the package reception place here and they said that no notice was left and that all packages were signed for. I don't know why I got a call stating that it wasn't signed for and a notice was left when none of that is true...Hopefully it'll come tomorrow though.

Yep, it is an official UPS package notification. I have just confirmed it with the company that I was expecting a shipment from. I have NEVER gotten a call like this before, even though I've received many UPS shipments, and several that required signatures. Perhaps this is a new policy due to increases in theft.

This phonecall is legit. I was skeptical at first and ended up finding this site. After reading other responses, I realized that I was expecting a shipment of wine. And sure enough, the wine came today from UPS and since it was alcohol, it required an adult signature.

I recieved a call from this number but i havent gotten any attempts to deliver im waiting on one of my brides maids dresses.

Googled this number because I don't know any in NC so wasn't sure what to think. Ended up being UPS saying a package was being delivered that would need an adult signature. Glad to see I'm not the only one who has received a call like this. Not sure which package it is for though as I am waiting on a few.

Yet another Xbox 360 person here. Just got the call, ignored it for the same reason as everyone else. Googled the prefix and found this site. I just sent my 360 off two-weeks ago too. I hope they deliver after work. :) I was literally crying yesterday over my X box because PS2 is just not comparable. A 31 year old woman crying over a gaming system. The Gods must have heard my plea.

why should ups be calling when they normally leave several notes on your door or mailbox telling you an attempt was made to deliver a package that required a signature? i have miss all attempts before and have NEVER recd a call nor heard of anyone ever receiving such a call. sounds like bs to me. this has never happened before, i never ordered anything, and no one is trying to send me anything. stop calling!

I just received a call from this number this morning....and when I called it back it WAS NOT a UPS recording but instead someone named "Michelle"...and her message "sorry I missed your call, leave a message...blah blah"I am expecting a UPS delivery (Xbox) however the last time I received a package I did not receive a phone call like this. Very strange!!

Correction to my previous post...Im a moron...lolMisread a digit in the number...it was UPS - looks like my kids will once again have their XBOX...
