I got a call from this number, but did not pick. I googled it and came upon this site. I order a b-day gift for my wife, I guess it'll be here tomorrow.

With this notice can the package be left with out a signature?

This might be a legit call but, when a business calls you repeatedly and doesn't leave a message when you have voicemail capability, that's not a nice or helpful service - that's a nuisance and is difficult to distinguish from unwanted solicitors. Anyone (including a business) that calls me will leave me a message if it's important and legitimate. If they don't leave a message, then they aren't someone I need to talk to.

i recieved a call from this number two times today..the first time i ignored the callthe second time i picked up, and it said i had a package that was going to be delivered...butt needed adult signature..funny thing is..i never ordered anything..and i never give my cell phone number when ordering something online..anyone know what's going on with it?

Lynne why don't you call UPS to find out. They have the answer you need. My guess is that if the sender requests a signature, you can't waive it on that delivery that you receive a notice on. I have heard of being able to sign a blanket waiver for future deliveries, but some vendors don't accept it and require a signature
