How do I stop this idiot from socalled belly research from calling my phone
I'm not sure if it was a recording or not but they said they were with some survey company and wanted to ask questions about our electric service. They did give the correct electric company name but I told them I didn't think I wanted to answer any of their questions and hung up.
Received a call at 8:09 pm. Caller ID said caller was Counts O. I did not answer as I do not answer unknown calls or callers. No msg left on voice mail.
Got a call caller ID Says Duke Energy Telemarketing in North Carolinian. Did not leave message and I refuse to answer calls unless i know the person i use a call block program that sent it straight to voicemail and then blocks the number. if it was a real telemarking company they broke the law im on the do not call list.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
