I just wanted to take this opportunity to give you some feedback on my experience with you since I have began working at Toyota…My initial training at with your company was extremely informative. Having never sold cars, I did not know what to expect. The training was paced perfectly, and gave me so much information. I was pleased with how much information we received in such a short amount of time.Since coming to this dealership, my sales have continuously increased each month. The concepts you taught work so well if they are used. I have found that finding out exactly what works for you, while using every step in the system, works incredibly well. By the second month, I was promoted to Internet Sales Manager! I was told that because I had caught on so quickly and had a great attitude, I was the person for the job. I have increased internet sales for this dealership, as well as began an aggressive selling strategy overseas. For anyone who might be skeptical if this system works, let me say this: IT DOES! If you follow the steps that are given to you, there is no way you can fail! I can give you two key points to always remember: 1. There are NO shortcuts (you must use each step every time) and 2. Consistency is everything. Once you determine how each step works for you, use it the same way every time. It pays off big time! I was a restaurant manager, making a decent salary for 9 years. Since coming to my dealership, I have more than doubled my income. This was simply the best decision of my life and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking a risk on me and helping me to see there was something I was not only good at, but will enjoy for years to come! I know that by the end of the year I will be a Sales Manager, and I look forward to hiring more of your trainees.Scott Internet Sales Manager(Received on dealership letterhead)

I applied via monster.com and was contacted by dealerstaff who represented themselves as a company who hired directly for various automotive dealerships. This company is definitely using some deceptive techniques in some instances and telling outright lies in others. Here are some examplesLIEStaff members including Rob Selfors state during the interview that once you are selected you will be hired for an automotive sales position.TRUTHAt the end of two days of "training" you will be given a appointment at a dealership for a interview. The dealership will interview you and decide if they want to hire you or not. Dealerstaff hopes they hire you because they only get paid if you are given the job.You would be better off applying directly to the dealership yourself. You have just as good of a chance of getting the job, so don't waste two days for the so-called training or $35 for the training manual Dealerstaff will charge you.LIEThe compensation listed on the employement ads posted by Dealerstaff quote paid training and amounts ranging between $3,000-4,000 plus commission.TRUTHAnyone sent to a dealership on behalf of Dealerstaff will not receive compensation anywhere near that amount and will definitely be paid less than a person who applied directly with the dealership receives. I was able to verify this information by speaking with several people who went through Dealerstaff and others who did not. This is the reason Rob does not want you to talk to each other about compensation or store assignments.LIEAds placed by Dealerstaff include sales and finance management positions.TRUTHNo matter what they tell you these are all automotive sales jobs. The choice is yours but I just wanted to be honest about and give potential victims a heads up on this company.

What is funny is all the people who have written something POSITIVE, are ALL from Cana Selfors her self - just a tid bit from someone who worked there. Company is a scam, they are NOT GOOD CHRISTIANS by any means and should be ashamed. DO NOT work for them! The training is fun but AGAIN, working for them is terrible! they are liars and cheats!

This is very true everything that has been said in this "forum" is TRUE! I went to the interview process out of the 80 or so people that applied only 9 of us remained! The others "were" screened out of the process. After all the interviewing if thats what you want to call it......I was told to go back into the conference room. I went back and seen the other 8 people there and started chatting with an older guy that was there. I asked him i thought this was for a finance position and he thought so too and was as confused as i was. What is really strange after talking with the gentleman for a while there before the "recruiters" were back the main recruiter girl pulled the guy i was talking to out of the room and didnt see him since.THE PROCESS WAS WORD FOR WORD ON WHAT HAS BEEN POSTED HERE! THEY WERE IN A BIG HURRY TO GET OUT OF THERE! Saying YOU HAVE BEEN HIRED! If you have questions call this lady.....And then she said she had a meeting to go to and jetted out of there as quick as possible!DONT DO IT! Dont even go and interview because that was a joke! Thats not a interview, that was a waist of my time and I even said that in the interview! And I was still one of the last 8 after the other guy got booted out!!! haha!
