An important start in introducing any initial business process is to model that process (called benchmarking - comparing) against other similar, competing, established business in this same market. You then hone (change - tweaks) to that process. You don't start blindly, fail miserably, steal people's money, ruin family lives and run a business into the ground, and then have an epiphany (as the plane is crashing into the ground) to do a wholesale process change. Monitoring measurements should have indicated a failing trend MONTHS ago and changes should have been made then.You're as dumb as the rest. Go get your GED and then claim perhaps you know your ABC's.

Total scam...I got this phone call today and I told them I wasn't going to drive 1.5 hours away for an inerview when I had no idea what the position was for. I then called my local Toyota dealer (the same man owns most of them around here) and I was told they do NOT hire from this company and that they had never heard of them. They were very interested to know that this company claims to hire people FOR them and told me to come in and they'd hire me if it's something I'd like.Don't ever go through one of these companies without contacting your local avenues first.
