Read what he said & what the rest of the entries say. These ARE telemarketers & scammers. He is correct, the Registry means nothing to them.
These people called to "lower the interest rate on my credit card" and I pressed 1 to tell them to stop calling me and I got someone with a heavy accent that I couldn't understand and she called me a [***]!!!! I couldn't believe that she said something like that!
They called me on my cell number which I never give out. Only a handful of people have it. No message. Could this have to do with Anthem Insurances being hacked? Anthem has my cell number. Just a thought. . . ??

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
