Asked to be put on "no Call" list and foreign accent speaking person said "I would like to ....you!" Creepy and rude!!! Very offended. Is there any recourse to take care of these scammers?
Yes they called my cell phone just now ... I answered, but they said nothing, and they disconnected after about 15 or 20 seconds of dead air.

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call
